Our king, has appeared on TV as Henry VIII, Emperor Nero and two overweight French kings; somebody has been trying to tell him something. Having worked a season at the RSC in Stratford-upon-Avon in an acclaimed production of The Merchant of Venice; Tony now splits his time between playing 15 diverse historical characters for the benefit of daytime groups all over the UK and being a stand-up comedian.
Tony's favourite role is bluff King Hal and he gives his Henry real drama, accurate history and an unrivalled dynamism.
